From NYS Department of Labor: Insurance Claims Call-Back System

New call-back system for Unemployment Insurance claims will be in place today. 

If you have been instructed to call theTelephone Claims Center to complete filing your claim, you no longer need to call. A representative from the NYS DOL will call you back within 72 hours.
