Visit or contact the your nearest One-stop Career Center to learn if you are eligible for training assistance provided through the Career Center or about other potential resources which may help you with your career related educational and training needs. 

New York State Workforce Training Provider List: The New York State Eligible Training Provider List (NYS-ETPL) was established in compliance with Title 1 of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998. The purpose of the ETPL is to present a broad and diverse selection of training choices to support employment goals of individuals.

Demand Occupation List:  The Workforce Investment Act of 1998 requires that certain training programs lead to employment in demand occupations. These demand occupations are determined by the Local Workforce Investment Board and are presented here.

Local Training & Education Providers: A complete list of training and education providers in Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and surrounding area.

American Apprenticeship Initiative: This program is available to residents and businesses located in the following New York counties: Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Schuyler, St. Lawrence, Steuben, Tioga and Tompkins.

You may be eligible for Student Aid from the U.S. Department of Education or the New York State Higher Education Services program.
