Job Description:
Job Purpose: The successful Bench Person/Assembler will be responsible for the assembly of cut parts, fabrication of materials, spray room preparation, packing and wrapping of goods prior to shipment as well as helping load vehicles and delivery of products as needed.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, eager to learn and have a basic knowledge of construction and cabinetry. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted if needed. Will need to pass reference and background checks, have own tools, driver's license and own car.
Working Conditions: Majority of time will be spent on the shop floor building various casework as needed for any given project, including wrapping and loading of vehicles prior to deliveries. Weekend hours will be required from time to time depending on workload.
