T-Squared Custom Millwork, Inc. is looking for a Bench Person/Assembler in Oxford, NY
Job Description:
Job Purpose: The successful Bench Person/Assembler will be responsible for the assembly of cut parts, fabrication of materials, spray room preparation, packing and wrapping of goods prior to shipment as well as helping load vehicles and delivery of products as needed.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, eager to learn and have a basic knowledge of construction and cabinetry. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted if needed. Will need to pass reference and background checks, have own tools, driver's license and own car.
Working Conditions: Majority of time will be spent on the shop floor building various casework as needed for any given project, including wrapping and loading of vehicles prior to deliveries. Weekend hours will be required from time to time depending on workload.
Work hours are 6:00am to 3:00pm with Friday's leaving early unless we are busier. Normal work days are Monday through Friday with some Saturdays (overtime). Salary range is $15.00 per hour with potential of more after initial 90 day review. Years of experience required:0-5. Willing to train.

• Coordinator needed to devote 100% of their time to special four year federal healthcare grant
• Assist Director by providing direct services including program retention and provide training opportunities to participants as well as mentoring and other supports.
• Counsel individuals with meeting training and employment needs and all related activities
• Assessment of needs such as education, skills and social factors contributing to the client’s situation and evaluate their needs.
• Assist the client with resumes, cover letters, and job searches.
• Assist in interview preparation.
• Provide on the job support as needed once the individual becomes employed
• Compile records and complete case notes and reports
• Full time (35 hour week) with benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience in workforce development
• Reliable transportation
