"FUNDING YOUR EDUCATION: EXPLORING EXCELSIOR (Free Tuition Scholarship)" - current information on the what can be expected with the newly announced free tuition scholarship program for New York residents earning under $100,000 a year and planning to attend SUNY or CUNY colleges beginning as early as Fall 2017. The federal aid process will also be explored, with step by step information for setting up an FSA ID, along with how to calculate college cost and how to fill out the required FAFSA application.
