2009 Summer Work Experience Project
Worksite Application Information
Dear Interested Employer:
We appreciate your time and interest in becoming a potential worksite for our summer program. Worksites will play an important role in supervising and mentoring young people to influence them in a positive way for continued success beyond the work experience.
The goal of the Summer Program is to provide a safe and meaningful work experience for young people in quality jobs through which they can develop skills that will benefit them beyond summer. CDO Workforce will pay the wages and benefits of the young people and provide workers’ compensation coverage for young persons between the ages of 18 and 24. Paid work experiences are available between 7/6/09 – 8/28/09.
Worksites must be located within our three-county service region consisting of the counties of Chenango, Delaware and Otsego.
