Executive Assistant Position Available at CDO Workforce This dynamic position requires a confident professional who is able to effectively plan, organize and perform duties under minimal supervision. The individual must be able to work on several concurrent projects by prioritizing work assignments for the agency. Perform general office duties, such as: answering phone, receive and forward mail, maintain files, update social media, develop and distribute meeting materials and take meeting minutes. Attend board, committee and community meetings. EDUCATION: Associate’s Degree required. EXPERIENCE: Non-profit administrative experience a plus.
SKILLS: Strong computer knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be able to plan, organize and perform duties under minimal supervision. Ability to maintain confidential records. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong written and verbal skills. Work in Oneonta office, have reliable transportation to travel within Chenango, Delaware and Otsego counties when needed.
