and packages high-voltage black boxes or modules for the world's leading
companies in the missile-system, communication-satellite, medical-electronics,
geophysical, and aerospace industries in the United States and abroad. Located in
Oneonta, NY, Custom has been in business since the 1960’s. They have grown
steadily over the years and have recently experienced an increasing demand for their
products. To meet this increase, Mike Pentaris, President & CEO, realized he had to
address workforce skills and workplace organization issues that had accumulated
over the years. He looked to the NYSDOL for assistance and found it in the
