"The Power of WE3" Workforce Summit 2004 is set for March 25, 2004 from 9am-2:30pm. This event will be held at the Holiday Inn in Oneonta, NY. This summit is designed to frame both national and local workforce issues, and foster dialogue between business, education, and economic development to address the ongoing challenges of educating and training our workforce.
CDO Workforce 2004 Career Expo and Job Fair is set for April 6, 2004 from 10am to 3pm. It will be held at the Howard Johnson located at 75 North Broad St. in Norwich, NY. Registration deadline is March 30, 2004. Exhibitors can register online by clicking the button below.

Integral to the CDO Workforce Service System is the One-Stop Career Centers which brings together multiple programs and services in a manner that appears seamless to job seekers and business customers. This system is intended to be accessed through a variety of mechanisms including physical/walk-in service access, electronic linkages, resource rooms, Internet, and other methods. The focus of this system is on meeting the needs of the customer (individuals and business) through the following four principles:
