CDO Workforce has helped Indian Country Bluestone with recruitment services and training funding. As Indian Country Bluestone grew the CDO Workforce listened and understood our needs for a motivated and trained workforce, and they offered solutions. Using their Job Bank they facilitated recruitment to expand our candidate pool, plus they provided On-the-Job Training funding to offset training costs for new employees.

During 2010 CDO Workforce funded On-the-Job Training programs for Flamers, Special Cutters, and Cube Splitters. To increase training funding resources for Indian Country, they coordinated their services with other agencies' programs, such as the Morrisville College's Bridge Program. They also provided assistance with hiring incentives, such as the Work Opportunity Tax Credit and Hire Act which provided us with some tax relief.
