Working with the CDO Workforce's employment service program have been a very rewarding experience for our company. They have assisted us in filling many Assemblers  positions during the past several years. They offer an extensive recruitment service for skilled and unskilled workers. They have facilitated our association with Oneonta Adult Education Center which provides educational testing services for our employment candidates. They have also provided recruitment assistance; promoting our positions on the internet and through radio public service announcements. Recently they provided 18 weeks of On-the-Job Training (OJT) funding for a Tool Maker candidate. CDO Workforce services have been consistently helpful and professional. The services they provide have saved our company a great deal of time and resources in identifying qualified applicants for employment opportunities.
