The Chenango-Delaware-Otsego (CDO) Workforce mission is to provide quality service in a coordinated,
user-friendly manner that meets the employment and training needs of our job seekers, workers, and businesses
in the Chenango, Delaware, and Otsego Area.
The CDO Workforce One-stop System is an integrated network of organizations and agencies working
cooperatively to assist you in your job search, education and training needs, and preparation for employment.
We are committed to the ongoing development of individuals and businesses in the Chenango, Delaware and Otsego County Area.
CDO Workforce Investment Board is located in Norwich, New York (the county seat in Chenango County). Chenango County, Delaware County and Otsego County are highlighted
below on the New York State Map. This region is located bordering the Leatherstocking Region and Catskill Region in Central Upstate New York.
